Christmas 2010

CHRISTMAS 2010

This was an incredible Christmas!  Ashley was at the perfect age, she enjoyed every gift as she opened it, we had batteries in everything and ready to be played with!  We were in no rush and that was good, because opening presents took from 9am - almost 8pm!  We ate and napped inbetween, but were mostly playing with all her super cool gifts!

Ashley got a lot of great gifts and again is at that fun age!  She got some great puzzles, books, learning toys, a new bigger/better kitchen with lots of automated gadgets, an awesome Fire truck from Grandpa with a working hose, an adorable vanity and girly things to go with it, a few tutu's and dress up clothes/shoes, a basketball hoop, and other awesome toys galore!  Santa was super this year and left some pretty cool gifts. . .

Quite a few pictures, so I broke them up into 2 sections, there really are some adorable pictures/moments from this Christmas . . .so enjoy! :)

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was great. . .we had an amazing church service with lots of GREAT music and then home for great food!  We lounged in our new PJ's and read some Christmas books before Ashley went to bed!  Then we had lots of cool toys to put together!  We had a few larger items this year and we wanted Ashley to be able to open things and see certain toys and be able to jump right in and play with them!

Christmas Cookies

We had an absolute blast making Christmas cookies this year, because we had an awesome little helper! :) Ashley wasn't too sure of the whole play with the flour/dough situation from the beginning, but then we just set it in front of her, showed her how to do it, and she went CRAZY! She had a blast and didn't want to stop, but we ran out of dough! :( She had even more fun frosting and decorating the cookies!

What a memorable experience! :) Can't wait for next year!

My pretty girl

Super excited and ready to go
Hummmmm. . . I don't think so mama

Now I get it!

Pre-Christmas Fun

Watching our new "choo choo" under the tree!  Grandma gave us my Dad's old train and Ashley LOVED IT! ! :)  Her and Daddy had a blast putting it together and played with it EVERY night!

BUILD A BEAR
Daddy had a few days off before Christmas, so we decided to surprise AshB with a fun trip to Build-a-Bear workshop to make a new friend!  She had a blast picking out her new animal and loved hanging with Daddy and watching her new friend come to life!  She named her doggie "Woof Woof" and she is one pretty puppy!

Cutie pie headed to Build-a-Bear

Waiting patiently to "stuff" her doggie!

Doggie about to get "stuffed" and ready to be loved!

Ashley putting the "heart" in her new doggie

Giving him a "bath" to clean off all extra stuffing and strings

Such a good little cleaner!  :)

Oh that's right, pink heels with her pink bath robe!
That's my girl!  haha

So proud of her new "Woof Woof" and she is her new best friend! :)
